Heat Shrink Tubing Combination: To ensure the local functional requirements of structural products, heat shrink tubing is designed on the metal surface. Adhesion and strength after heat shrinking are very critical. Here, ultra-thin shrink tubing that can meet the performance and requirements is usually selected for automatic heat shrinking to meet the requirements of surface insulation and smoothness. Before shrinking, the surface of the heatshrink is rough-grinded and other processes are carried out to ensure adhesion after later. Of course, the gap during the heatshrink determines the uniformity of the dimensional tolerance after shrinking. In addition, at the end of the heatshrink tube, we usually perform a desharpening process to eliminate concerns about wound damage during surgery.
Ceramic Combination: The ceramic is combined with the metal blades/tubes. It is essential to the precision of the ceramic, which determines the consistency of the target direction after assembly. The combination of ceramic and blade is based on the working temperature. It is recommended to choose a high temperature resistant adhesive for the assembly. In order to ensure the stability of the assembly, it is recommended to perform a linear fixation before gluing to decrease the risk of falling.
Metal Blade and Electrode: The structural combination of the metal blade and electrode wire is critical. In order to ensure optimum conductivity during surgery, it is recommended that ultra-thin copper alloy front rivet sleeves be used before assembly, depending on the type of connection of the blade head, such as stainless steel electrode wire, tungsten electrode wire, copper electrode wire, etc. Before assembly, it is necessary to pay attention to the direction of the blade body, the radial force strength of the blade body, and the conductivity of the blade head and electrode wire after combination.
In regard to the blade structure, whether it is a single needle, multiple needles, or multiple structured needles, it must be considered in conjunction with the actual surgical objectives, or in relation to factors such as high temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, combination firmness and stability, and blade feasibility. The aforementioned views are those of the Sinowares team, and we encourage further technical discourse on the plasma blade structure solution and its realisation in combination.
